Acura RDX, good car or not?

how well do rdx's preform? likes and dislikes about them anybody?
is it a nice looking car? ect.

Drive one...



If you don't know what it looks like, you really need to go to an Acura dealership and at least glance one over. Or at the very least Google it.



Personally I think it looks terrible and it's just a waste of money. If you want a turbocharged engine, get a Saab. They're much, much safer and more powerful.



Beyond that I can't comment. I've had no interest in the MDX since it was redesigned and the RDX is just a smaller clone.



I'd be hesitant to throw my money away for a supposedly Japanese car that was built in Ohio (the RDX actually is built there). Cars built in the US are done so to MUCH lower standards than those of overseas production plants. It's just a fact.



Some research into the matter will illustrate vividly that cars built in the US are prone to far more rattles, defects, and other weaknesses than if they were built in their manufacturer's original country.

It's a decent car. I have an Acura now...although the TL is a nice car, I think it will be the last Acura I buy in a long time.



Take a look at the BMW X3 and X5, as well as Mercedes M classes

Reliable-Very. Made by Honda, which is the most reliable car make in the world.



Luxurious-Very

Good looking-Very



It has a turbocharged 4 cylinder engine. Very fun to drive, sounds great, handles great. It feels like a sports car, but has lots more practicality.



The only dislikes are the prices they go for.

hell yeah.. its the first supercharged acura ever!! its pretty fast and it sounds nice.. it will take out most suvs on the street. BUY IT!! and its nice on the inside.. very luxurious
