Acura vs Honda Integra?

Question

Was browsing for my first car and was suggested to look at the Honda Integra due to its B series engine. But I was also came across the acura. Are there any mechanical or other differences between the two?

Assuming you are in the US, Acura is made by Honda, and the Integra is an Acura model. There is no such thing (I the US anyway) as a Honda Integra.
